How we verify clinics — and why we never invent ratings

Every clinic in this directory is a genuine dental practice drawn from verified Google Business data via. We list 2,747 clinics across Turkey, of which 2,131 have a confirmed city across 8 provinces — Istanbul, Izmir, Mugla, Antalya, Ankara, Adana, Konya and Aydin. We publish only the fields we can confirm: name, city and district, website and phone number.

Why most clinics have no rating or score

You will notice that almost no clinic here shows a star rating, review count or score out of 10. That is deliberate. For the overwhelming majority of clinics, no independent, verified rating exists — so attaching one would be a fabrication. Plenty of directories invent these numbers; we refuse to. Where we cannot verify a figure, we say so, and instead give you a checklist to judge the clinic on real evidence.

What "verified clinic" means here

A "verified" badge confirms one thing: the clinic is a real, contactable dental practice from a Google Business listing with a working website. It is not a quality rating, a recommendation, or a guarantee of standards. Two clinics can both be "verified" and be very different in quality. Always check accreditation, reviews and guarantees directly before booking.

How to vet any clinic before you book

• Confirm accreditation. Ask for the International Health Tourism Authorisation issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health and International Health Tourism authorisation in writing, and check the named dentist is licensed.
• Cross-check reviews. Read reviews on more than one platform and watch for bursts of generic five-star posts.
• Get an itemised quote. Insist on a written, itemised treatment plan — cheap headline prices often hide extras.
• Check the guarantee and aftercare. A serious clinic puts its implant guarantee in writing and explains how aftercare works once you are home in the UK.
